My dog is very timid and anxious, and Geena did such a great job working with him and helping him build confidence. She was patient and really understood his needs. I also really appreciate the follow-up training appointments and how easy it is to communicate with them after the program. Just pull the trigger if you’re hesitant, it’s worth it for your sanity and your dogs! Maple is a year and a half, stage 1000 on the leash pulling, she has so much energy and strength. It was so frustrating/not fun taking her on our daily walks that sometimes we just wouldn’t because how bad she was. Fast forward we intended on leaving on vacation for almost a month. Sent her to Unleash Fido for their four week camp. And we came back to a different dog all thanks to Macayla! She was amazing with Maple and she really knows what she’s doing and is very knowledgeable, she was great I couldn’t recommend her enough! She knew exactly how to handle maple and teach us! After getting her first report card, I was very happy to see Mochi living her best life. She’s doing very well and we keep up with her training every day. Geena definitely made this a good experience and I’ve had no issues. Mochi does still recognize every time we drive over to the building and tends to get very exited.
